At The Mineral Method, we are committed to providing a professional, transparent and fair service. This policy explains how refunds and returns apply to our Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) test kits and laboratory services.
HTMA Test Kits
If you have purchased an HTMA test kit and decide not to proceed, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided that:
- The test kit has not been used.
- Your hair sample has not been submitted for laboratory analysis.
- The kit is returned in its original condition and original packaging.
- The kit is returned using a tracked postal service.
Approved refunds will be issued less any non-refundable payment processing fees and any delivery costs already incurred.
Laboratory Analysis
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis is a personalised laboratory service.
Once your hair sample has been submitted to the laboratory or analysis has commenced, we are unable to offer a refund, as the service has already begun.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your HTMA test kit arrives damaged, incomplete or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will arrange a replacement or another suitable solution at no additional cost.
How to Request a Refund

The following are non-refundable:
- HTMA laboratory analysis once processing has commenced.
- Personalised HTMA reports that have already been completed and delivered.
- Digital products or downloadable resources once they have been accessed.
